Yoga Nidra & Meditation Night with Robin Hall

 

Practice letting go and deepen your awareness.  We'll practice sitting in Meditation along with Yoga Nidra.  Yoga Nidra is a guided visualization and usually performed laying down and brings incredible calmness, quietness, and clarity to the body.  Practitioners enter an extremely relaxed state. 

No prior experience is required.  You don't need to know or do anything to enjoy this class!
